BodyMedia Has an Armband to FIT Your Life

If you wanted to lose weight, what would you do?  If you were most people, you might focus on eating healthier and exercising more.  After all, that is pretty much what all the expert advice boils down to. A company called BodyMedia has a different idea, though, and one which might give you that final boost you need to optimize efforts you're making already.

They are one of several companies who have a range of products to help you track your daily activities and measure their impact on your overall health. Their signature wearable FIT armbands let you track the calories you burn, those you consume, and a third X factor that has a big impact on how much weight you lose or gain: sleep. By tracking these three things consistently, you can log in and check your body patterns and get smarter about what you eat, how you exercise, and perhaps most importantly, how you sleep.

For creating an easy-to-use technology solution that helps you understand your own behaviors and change them in a way that can help you get healthier, BodyMedia is Character Approved.
