Cannes Film Festival: Best Dressed Moments

Red carpet season is hardly over after the Oscars. The film industry's best and brightest make their way over to Europe in the sunnier month of May for the legendary Cannes Film Festival. A celebration of some of the best indepedent and big-budget films, it's also a chance to check out some of the hottest red carpet fashion. Here are some of our favorite celebrity looks from the South of France. For making movie AND red carpet magic, we salute these lovely ladies. They are most certainly Character Approved.
