Some of the most important people influencing style decisions today are online personalities who are adept at capturing a niche audience in 300 words–or in the case of Twitter, 140 characters–or less.
Two such examples are the creators of the wildly-popular handbag blog Bag Snob (created and penned by Tina Craig and Kelly Cook) and DKNY PR Girl, written by Aliza Licht, an insider who works for Donna Karan’s powerhouse urban fashion line. After many discussions via Twitter, the two joined forces to harness their fashion savvy and created the Bag Snob x DKNY Limited Edition Collection.
Feast your eyes on the five bags in the gallery below. You can buy one via DKNY’s online store or in select retailers coming soon. For harnessing the power of social media into a sharp collection of items that we’ll have long after the tweets are gone, we salute the collaboration between DKNY and Bag Snob. It is (how shall we say this in 140 characters or less?) most certainly Character Approved.
